Prepare one clean input folder

Keep only the Images for the current batch in the selected folder. Confirm the naming and order before starting.

Select input and output once

Choose the image folder and the folder where TXT files should be saved, then begin the conversion.

Workflow example3001.jpeg → 3001.txt

Watch the live progress

SmartOCR displays the completed count while processing. A batch of around 200 pages can take approximately 3 minutes, depending on the computer and image size.

Review the completed folder

Check the number of TXT files and confirm that the first and last filenames match the Images before starting correction.
